Dear Visitors:
There are many myths about the Chinese education. Some Chinese pride themselves after the Chinese tradition of "intellectuals being at the top of the Confucian echelon" and the Chinese "civil examination" 科举 to choose Chinese officials, not knowing these are exactly the worst traits of the Chinese educational culture. And this corrupt culture only produces "eunuch scholars" whose aim is to spiritually and intellectually castrate themselves to serve the state and the emperors. Truth is being totally abandoned in such a "Chinese education".
With such a degenerate goal in mind, the Chinese education aims to create generations after generation of robotic zombies devoid of any creativity and integrity. Their only activities are to memorize classic texts and scriptures and to climb the social ladder in the Confucian hierarchy. Their only function is to inherit what their ancestors left to them. Their only pride and glory comes not from themselves, but from all the saints and eunuchs in the Chinese despotic history.
Thus the Chinese have created a whole class of mysterious intellectuals whose esoteric existence is for nothing but some kind of intellectual masturbation. Human progress is not in their language and their only concern is to maintain the status quo and to serve the state. And this exclusive class of eunuchs form a very tight circle and discriminate against anything and anyone different and creative. The pictorial, syllabic Chinese language plays a big part in this despotic intellectual conspiracy against knowledge, against truth, against human creativity and exploration into the unknown.
No wonder there has never been any Chinese theoretical scientist in history; no wonder there has never been any Chinese explorer in history whose purpose was to discover truth; no wonder even today the Chinese are only good at borrowing, copying, stealing, plagiarizing, kidnapping, robbing others for their intellectual properties, for their mind has never been on creativity and initiatives. And their tool of the Chinese language has never helped to unleash the fountainhead of human ingenuity among the Chinese.
Unless the Chinese realize their fatal cultural and linguistic defects, they will continue mire themselves in the morass of educational nihilism and intellectual conspiracy against truth and intellect itself.
Best. Kai Chen 陈凯
